Customer Service Specialist

Role Purpose Be the first line of defense when clients have questions, concerns, or post‑purchase issues—own every interaction until the problem is solved. You’re not selling; you’re protecting the brand by eliminating friction and being as responsive and attentive to our clients as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management. Acknowledge all inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries within minutes, route anything outside your scope, and keep the customer updated until closure by communicated proactively with Operations Team.
  • Issue ownership. Document, investigate, and resolve product or service complaints, warranty claims, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Process Management. Maintain clean CRM records, follow & develop SOP checklists
  • Feedback loop. Spot recurring pain points, quantify them, and push actionable insights to operations and leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a customer support role handling technical or service‑based inquiries
  • Demonstrated mastery of ticketing/CRM platforms (Zendesk, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
  • Proven track record of boosting CSAT/NPS.
  • Can juggle high‑volume queues without letting details slip.

Preferred Extras

  • Basic understanding of automotive aftermarket services (wrap, PPF, tint, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Experience building or refining SOPs and knowledge‑base articles.

COMPENSATION:
$18.00 - $23.00 // Negotiable based on experience

Vinyl Wrap Installer

Role Purpose Execute high‑quality vinyl wrap installations—from surface prep through final inspection—on a diverse range of vehicles and substrates, ensuring durable, and ensuring visually flawless results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, clean, and decontaminate vehicle surfaces; perform partial disassembly as required.
  • Measure, cut, and position vinyl with precision
  • Conduct in‑process and post‑install quality checks
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces
  • Coordinate with managers to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.

 

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years hands‑on experience wrapping full vehicles (color‑change preferred). If <2 years, we will train the right candidate.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude—comfortable removing bumpers, mirrors, trim, and reassembling without damage.
  • Demonstrated ability to read vehicle contours, apply film bubble‑/crease‑free, and trim within tight tolerances.
  • Solid understanding of vinyl film types, adhesive behaviors, and post‑heating standards.
  • Reliable, deadline‑driven work ethic

COMPENSATION:
$20.00+ [Negotiable based on experience]
